We are especially happy when children and adults are baptized during our services. In baptism we see God’s unconditional Yes towards a person. In baptism a person becomes Christian and part of the Christian church. It is the visible sign that God has taken a person into His fold. We understand the baptism to be a Sacrament. The sacrament of Baptism is mutually accepted by almost all Christian churches. Children are registered by their parents for Baptism, adolescents and adults do this for themselves. If you, as an adult, are interested in the Christian faith and Baptism, you may make an appointment with Pastor Mencke for further information or to discuss taking a preparatory class. Generally, a baptism can be held during (almost) every service. If you are interested in a certain date for a baptism, please contact Pastor Mencke (contact) at least three weeks in advance.
